Shipping Policy 
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Orders are processed promptly after received. Please allow 1- 2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We will make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Shipping time depends on your location, 3-8 business days for domestic delivery. We offer free shipping for orders over $40.00.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@naduessentialoils.com, with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Standard Shipping
We offer USPS priority shipping and UPS ground shipping. Your order will be shipped next business day after it is received. Estimated delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days.                                                                                                            

Free Shipping
All orders over $40.00 within the United States are eligible for free shipping. Your order will be shipped next business  day. Estimated delivery time is usually take 3 to 5 business days. 

Cancelation and Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours by contacting us at contact@naduessentialoils.com. However, if after receiving the product, you find it unsatisfactory, you may return it within 30 days.  Please place items (unused) in its original package with a copy of confirmation order and return to the address below. When we receive the item in original condition we will deposit your money within 2 weeks into your account. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Damaged, defective or Incorrect items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please email us at contact@naduessentialoils.com. Include order number, picture of damage and description of problem. The product will be replaced with an identical item free of charge or refund.
